Multifamily sale, apartment deal, ice cold agreement.

The Florham Park office of HFF announced Tuesday it has sold a 273-unit multifamily building in East Orange to Hackensack-based SDK Apartments for $39.2 million.

The Elmwood Park office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced Tuesday it has sold a 126-unit apartment property in Rochelle Park to Highland Park-based Real Estate Growth Advisors LLC for $15 million.

Prudential Center, in Newark, announced Tuesday it has signed an agreement with Trevose, Pa.-based Rita’s Italian Ice to serve its treats inside the entertainment complex during sports events and concerts.
