Real Estate Growth Advisors, LLC (“REGA”) is pleased to announce the closing of its most recent acquisition, Swan Court Apartments, 235 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662. The property is a 126 unit garden apartment community consisting of one and two bedroom apartments in eight buildings.

REGA will renovate/upgrade apartments as they become available, institute a significant deferred maintenance plan and actively manage the property with its “hands-on” leasing strategy to improve cash flow at the property.
