REGA is pleased to announce the closing of its most recent acquisition, Grey Friars at Chalfont, Grey Friars Terrace, Chalfont, PA 18914 (the “Property”). The Property is a garden apartment community consisting of 78 units on 9 acres. The unit mix consists of one and two bedroom apartments.

The Property is REGA’s first acquisition in Pennsylvania. REGA believes the acquisition not only represents a strong investment opportunity, but is a natural operational expansion of its existing portfolio.
