Real Estate Growth Advisors, LLC (“REGA”) closes on two apartment communities in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

REGA is pleased to announce the closing of its most recent acquisitions, Applegate/Core Apartments in Hatfield, PA and 2nd Street Apartments in Souderton, PA. The properties are both garden apartment communities consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments.

This transaction represents REGA’s second and third acquisitions in the Eastern Pennsylvania market. REGA believes these acquisitions are not only strong investment opportunities in the workforce housing space, but are important to the continued strategic geographic expansion of its portfolio.
