Gardens, located on 159 Park Avenue, East Rutherford, Bergen County, NJ. The property is a three story 20-unit multifamily property consisting large one-bedroom apartments on the second and third floors over garage parking on the first.

The previous owner was based out of state and the property was significantly under-managed.
