Princeton Lakeview Apartments (the “Property”) is a 120 unit garden apartment community located at 103 Lakeview Terrace, Princeton, NJ 08540.
The Property is located off of Route 1 and Mapleton Road adjacent to Carnegie Lake. The Property consists of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments located in eight buildings on 10 acres. The Property was acquired from Princeton University and Charles O. Puth of CP Realty brokered the transaction.
